A case of Vulvar Intraepithelial Neoplasia(Bowen´s disease) Combined with Cervical Cancer

Abstract

|
|
Vulvar carcinoma in situ is a relatively rare disease, and multiple primary malignancy in the lower genital tract of the same patient is very rare.
A case of vulvar carcinoma in situ rising from labium minor after non-operative treatment of cervical cancer since about 8 years ago in 72 years old multipatous woman was presented.
The patient was treated with wide local excision, and she has been not followed from 5 months without any complications. And a brief review of the theory of multicentric origin in lower genital tract on the literature is made.
